“Hello and goodbye dear Prince Caspian."For a prolonged period I guided a wonderful white cat. I had a deep bond with him. His name was Prince Caspian. Yes, indeed he had something aristocratic.
He had lung and heart problems and the vets had told the owner that he would not live to be older than a year old. However he only recently passed away aged four and a half. Whenever his owner Rebecca felt that he wanted to connect or communicate she contacted me. When we communicated he told me what he needed and what would give him comfort. Through this communication and mutual understanding I was able to let the owner hear his voice and understand what the problem was with his lung and heart condition. Towards the end of his short lifetime I started to communicate much more frequently and the owner and I decided that I would go to their house to say goodbye in person, as our communications were from a long distance. It was a long way from home but it felt absolutely right for me to go. In the following daily communication he told me that I needed to come tomorrow to say goodbye, so I took him seriously and went to meet him in person. It was wonderful, we formed a circle with Rebecca, Prince Caspian, Sheila (mother of Rebecca) and me sitting outside in their garden in the grass. During one earlier communication I understood that he wished for a crystal. When I visited him on this day I brought a crystal on which he lay very calmly. We all noticed how he truly leant on it, pressing his chest on the crystal as if he wanted to place the defective heart on the crystal. We noticed that he was at ease and in peace, enjoying this energy and communication. This he made obvious by profound purring. Deeply touched by him and knowing I said hello and goodbye to him on the same day. How good it was to listen to him when he told me to come and visit the next day. Prince Caspian died the following morning, calmly and in peace. I hope this blog entry sharpens your awareness and deepens your trust. When you think you can hear your animal speak or get an impulse to do something…don’t hesitate, trust your instincts and believe yourself and the animal.
